Does the Portfolio template come with pre-built projects?

No, the portfolio template itself does not include sample projects. The template is designed to give you a structure and framework for showcasing your own projects. It provides the layout, design, and organization you need, but the content—the actual projects—is what you'll add to make it your own. This allows you to highlight the work that best demonstrates your skills and experience.

Is a Notion account required to use the portfolio template?

Yep, you'll need a Notion account to use the template. But don't worry, it's totally free and super easy to set up! Lots of big companies use Notion, so it's a great tool to learn. So, who knows, you might even use it in your future data job!

Do I need a GitHub account?

Yes, a GitHub account is necessary to fully benefit from the DPA. While Notion is excellent for organizing and presenting information, GitHub is crucial for showcasing your code and projects in a way that resonates with hiring professionals. By integrating GitHub with Notion, the DPA helps you create a portfolio that not only looks great but also demonstrates your technical skills and experience in a way that recruiters understand and appreciate. Also, setting up a GitHub account is quick and easy.
