The Strategic Data Career Framework - 6-Step Blueprint
Step 1: Define Your Dream Role (Week 1)
Before you learn a single tool, you need to know exactly where you're going. Most professionals skip this step and waste months going in the wrong direction.
Using the 4-Pillar Assessment, I identify your most relevant transferable skills (including ones you didn't know counted), map them to specific data roles, and give you crystal clear targets aligned with your background and goals.
Outcome: You know exactly which roles fit you and why.
Step 2: Define Missing Skills (Week 2)
Not all skill gaps are equal. Most people learn the wrong things.
I do a technical gap analysis based on the actual requirements of your target roles β not generic data science curricula. Then I build a curated learning roadmap with exactly the resources that matter, prioritized by what hiring managers actually value.

Step 3: Build your Data Portfolio (Weeks 3-4)
Your portfolio is proof that you can do the work. But only if it's built strategically.

Step 4: Write Your Resume and Cover Letter (Week 5)

I build a targeted application strategy with you: specific companies, specific roles, specific positioning for each.

Step 6: Prepare for Interviews (Weeks 7-8)
The interview is where your story either lands or falls apart.
I prepare you for technical questions, behavioral questions, and the two most loaded questions in any career pivot interview: "Why are you leaving your current field?" and "What are your salary expectations?"
You'll finish with a full mock interview with me with real-time feedback on how to present yourself, your story, and your unique value.
